Fueled by a passion for movement, food and living a full, nourishing life, we realized our community deserved a studio that recognized true energy comes from both powerful movement and intentional nourishment.

Together we created Solanti Studios, an energetic, boutique experience where movement is celebrated, connections are built, and nourishing your body is non-negotiable.
